You can either receive or send E-mails through Web Mail or set up your Outlook E-mail function according to the instructions stated in the hiBox User Manual. |

After you create accounts and notify us,hiBox engineer will configure the MX Record for your Internet Domain name. |

After passing hiBox verfication, we’ll send you a completion notice. And then you can start to provision accounts. |

No matter whether it’s your first application, or you are already a hiBox Fax Mailbox user and wish to apply for more accounts, please fill out the application sheet following the instructions listed below. If the sheet is not completely filled out or contains incorrect information, we maintain the right to decline your application.

If you have never come to our counter for product application before, and you want to apply for any of the products mentioned above, we’ll contact you and ask you to come over to our Chunghwa Telecom Operation Center for ID verification. Please bring your ID card and health insurance card with you. |

Application-Related Information Introduction： |

一. Application Fee：
|
If you want to appoint a current Domain Name as part of your corporate E-mail account address, we’ll have to charge 500NTD for extra setup work. |
|
If you apply for more than 5 (included) annually paid accounts or more than 10 (included) monthly paid accounts in your first application, the extra setup work will be free. |
|
If you are a larger customer (over 100 accounts), we’ll take your application as a special project and the related cost can be further discussed by both parties. |
|
“Number Selection Service” is applicable only to your “first time” application. If you are already an existing customer, please understand that we cannot help with your number exchange request. |
|
二. ID Card Related Information：
|
We’ll need you to prepare corporate and company owner’s seals (invoice stamp excluded) and the copies of the company owner and contact person’s ID (front & back). |
|
If your ID is the old type, please go exchange it for a new one before applying. |
|
If you are a foreigner, please provide a copy of your valid passport or ARC. |
|
A normal corporation would need to provide a copy of its “business registration certificate, while an NPO (foundation, public associations, etc.) would need to provide a Tax ID number assigned book and legal foundation certificate, both stamped with the full name of related governmental departments. |
|
OBU corporations will need to provide related certificates issued by Taiwanese governmental offices. (eg. an assigned Tax ID number, etc.) |
|
If you want to have your exclusive Domain Name, the Domain Name has to be registered under the name of the corporation. If the Domain Name is not registered under the name of your corporation (eg. under the name of your mother company, etc.), please finish the following procedures before filing your application.

|
No matter how many times you’ve lost your ID before, it won’t affect our application acceptance. |
|
三. Request for Amendment：
|
If the applicant is listed on the black list (as a deputy with bad record, using a name of a dissolved company illegally, required by notification from law enforcement departments to verify the application, cases announced by the court as surreptitiously using another company’s name without being authorized to do so, a member of a fraud group, etc.), we shall reject his/her application. |
|
If you are applying for a Fax Mailbox, the contact telephone number should be registered under the name of the corporation, the owner, the owner’s lineal relative or his/her spouse. If you have no local call number, you can also provide a Chunghwa cellular phone number under the name of the corporation/person mentioned above. |
|
If the applicant hasn’t paid off any overdue service fees charged by Chunghwa Telecom, please pay them before filing the application. Chunghwa Telecom reserves the right to decline the application. |
|
If you want to stop using our service due to corporate dissolution, please enclose a dissolution certificate as proof. |
